What is the Hydro Facial?

This revolutionary machine has 7 different multifunctions namely H2O2 Spray, Hydro-peel, ultra-sonic skin scrubber, microcurrent, multipolar radiofequency and cold therapy as well as an added option of advanced LED treatment (6 lights) to exfoliate, polish, detoxify, rehydrate and replenish your skin.
What does it treat?
Hydro Facial is recommended to treat congestion, acne, pigmentation, uneven skin tone, large pores, sensitive skin types, fine lines and wrinkles and it is a safe, effective treatment for overall skin rejuvenation.
When do I see results and how long do results last?
Although results are visible after just one treatment, a course of treatments is recommended initially to optimise results. Regular maintenance treatments will then achieve the best results over a longer period of time.
Are there any side-effects?
The Hydro Facial poses no serious side-effects. Clients can resume normal activities immediately following treatment. Unlike a microdermabrasion which may scratch the epidermis and may cause temporary redness or an uncomfortable sunburn sensation the Hydro-Derm tip used in this facial glides along the skin without friction and irritation.
How does it work?
This facial encompasses 5 main stages.
1. The Hydro-Derm Stage
This stage is a process of exfoliation that utilises the natural healing powers of water and oxygen to effortlessly and painlessly exfoliate the skin without the use of hard microcrystals or abrasive textured wands.
The treatment also administers enriching nutrients, vitamins and minerals that penetrate deep into the skin as the exfoliation process is going on to further improve the final results. 2. Ultrasonic skin scrubber stage
This stage causes strong ultrasonic vibrations to resurface the skin and help lift pigmentation and loosen impurities. The sonic waves will also help increase the depths of product penetration to promote a healthier skin function.
3. Ultrasound stage
This stage helps to encourage collagen production, firms the skin and reduces the appearance of sagging skin.
4. Multi-polar Radiofrequency (RF) Stage:
During this stage the heat caused by the interaction of the RF energy and dermal resistance can reach the dermal layer to heat up and stimulate the collagen fibres, making them regenerate and re-arrange to help firm the skin.
5. Cold Therapy Stage
This stage uses cold therapy to reduce the temperature of the skin rapidly which helps to increase circulation, firm skin tissue, smooth wrinkles and remove toxins.
6. LED Illumination Stage (Optional)
